Operational principle

The instrument consists of signal measurement, operation, display and panel instructions.PH and transmission impedance transformation of temperature, convert PH to 59.16mV/pH (25) low resistance signal andNTC to voltage signal.

The instrument is matched with the pH (or ORP) electrode to monitor the pH (or ORP) value of the solution. The electrode is a battery composed of the pH (or ORP) glass electrode and glycural (or Ag / AgCL) reference electrode, which generates the potential difference related to the solution pH (ORP) value according to the Nernst equation: Ex=Eo + SpH.

The potential difference is amplified by a preamplifier with high input impedance, and the thermal element sends out the signal of the corresponding temperature value. The two sets of signals are amplified and converted by A / D, and are prominently displayed through the I / O interface chip after operation by the single chip microprocessor.
