As we all know the working principle of electromagnetic flowmeter is based on the Farady's electromagnetic induction principle. A pair of detection electrodes are installed on the tube wall perpendicular to the axis of the measuring tube and the magnetic force line. When the conducting liquid moves along the axis of the measuring tube, the conducting liquid cuts the magnetic force line to generate the induced potential, which is detected by the two detection electrodes, and the value is directly proportional to the velocity.
The sensor takes the induced electromotive force as the flow signal and transmits it to the converter. After signal processing, such as amplification, transforming filtration, the instantaneous flow and accumulative flow are displayed by dot matrix LCD with backlight.
The measuring accuracy of stainless steel intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter is not affected by changes of fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity. The sensor induced voltage signal is linear with the average flow rate, so the measuring accuracy is high. There's n o clocking parts in the measuring tube of the Stainless steel intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter, so there's no additional pressure loss; there are no moving parts in the measuring pipe, so the sensor life is very long.
Since the induced voltage signal of the Stainless steel intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter is formed in the whole space full of magnetic field, is the average value of the pipeline section, so the straight pipe section required by the sensor is shorter, the length is 5 times of the diameter of the measuring tube.
In the sensor part of the Stainless steel electromagnetic flowmeter, there only lining and electrode contact the measured liquid, therefore, as long as reasonably select the electrode and lining material, it can be resistant to corrosion and wear.
The working principle of the electromagnetic flowmeter is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. When a conductor moves in a magnetic field, induced electromotive force will be generated at both ends of the conductor perpendicular to the direction of the magnetic field and the direction of motion. The electromotive force is proportional to the speed of the conductor and the magnetic induction intensity of the magnetic field.
