Differential Pressure Flow Meter V Cone Flowmeter Steam Flow Measurement MeterStandard (classic) Venturi tube is a standard throttling device designed and manufactured according to GB/T2624 and certified according to GB JJG640 and needn't calibrated.
In all the standard throttling devices, it requires the minimum upstream and downstream straight pipe section, the minimum permanent pressure loss.

The throttling device has many advantages, but it is generally felt that the pressure pipeline in the field of laying a large amount of work, but also prone to leakage, blockage and other problems. In recent years, the differential pressure transmitter has made rapid development, not only has small size, but also stable performance, easy adjustment, so that there is basically no need to adjust the zero point in the process. These advantages contribute to the development and application of the integrated type throttling flowmeter (including orifice plate, annular orifice plate, nozzle, etc.).

LGBH welded orifice plate is mainly used in high-pressure working environments. When they flow through the throttling device in the pipeline, the flow beam will form a local contraction at the throttling part of the throttling device, so that the flow rate increases and the static pressure is low, so there is a pressure drop, that is the pressure difference, before and after the throttling part. The greater the flow rate of the medium flow, the greater the pressure difference.
So we can measure the flow of the fluid by measuring the pressure difference. This measurement method is based on the law of energy conservation and the law of flow continuity.


LGV Cone flowmeter
The LGV Cone flowmeter is a new type differential pressure flow measurement device which takes a coaxial installed pointed cone in the measuring tube as the throttling part.
And it is a new type throttling device based on the measurement principle of venturi tube and integrating the advantages of classic venturi tube, annular orifice plate and wear-resistant orifice plate.



The throttling device has many advantages, but it is generally felt that the workload is heavier to lay the pressure pipeline on site, and the problems such as leakage and blockage are also easy to occur. In recent years, the differential pressure transmitter has made rapid development, not only small size, but also stable performance, easy adjustment, basically no need to adjust the zero point during use. These advantages contribute to the development and application of the integrated type throttling flowmeter.

The throttling device must meet the following fluid conditions
1 The fluid must fill the pipe and the flow must be continuous.
2 The fluid must be a Newtonian fluid (such as ordinary water, acid, alkali solution, superheated steam, various gases, dry saturated steam), and the fluid should not undergo phase changes (from liquid to gas or vice versa) near the throttling device; The fluid should be single phase (gas or liquid phase) or can be regarded as single phase {e.g., the gas flow has no more than 2% (mass component) of uniformly dispersed solid particles, the liquid flow has no more than 5% (volume component) of uniformly dispersed bubbles}.
3  Before flowing through the throttling device, the flow beam of the fluid must be parallel to the pipe axis, and there must be no rotating flow or eccentric flow, and it must not be a pulsating flow or critical flow.
