CXFCTMF thermal gas mass flowmeter
The thermal gas mass flowmeter is designed based on the principle of thermal diffusion.
The meter uses the constant temperature difference method to accurately measure the gas. It has the advantages of small size, high digitization, easy installation and accurate measurement.
The sensor part is composed of two reference level platinum resistance temperature sensors. When the instrument is working, one sensor can continuously measure the medium temperature T1; the other sensor's temperature rises to higher than the medium temperature T2 through self-heating, it is used to sense the flow rate of the fluid,  so it's known as velocity sensor. The temperature △ T =T2-T1, T2>T1, when there is a fluid flowing, gas molecules collide with the sensor and take away the heat of T2, which makes the temperature of T2 reduction. If to keep △ T unchanged, it is necessary to increase the supply current of T2. The faster the gas flows, the more heat will be taken away.
There is a fixed functional relationship between gas flow velocity and the incremental heat, which is the principle of constant temperature difference.

Features and Advantages of the thermal gas mass flow meter: 
1. The real mass flowmeter, to measure the gas flow without temperature and pressure compensation, measurement is convenient and accurate. The mass flow rate or standard volume flow rate of the gas can be obtained.
2. Wide range ratio, can measure the flow rate up to 100Nm/s to 0.5Nm/s gas, can be used for gas leak detection.
3. Good anti-seismic performance and long service life, the sensor has no moving parts and pressure sensing parts, and the measurement accuracy is not affected by vibration.
4. Simple installation and maintenance, and the installation and maintenance can be achieved without stopping production if the site conditions permit (special customization is required).
5. Digital design, overall digital circuit measurement, accurate measurement, easy maintenance.
6. Adopting 4~20mA, RS-485 communication,factory automation, integration will be achieved .

A: Generally they can. Meanwhile we have to confirm whether the solution is conductive or not, then we have to know the solution's composition 
and concentration and according to this can we finally confirm the what lining and electrode materials are available.
