The float of the metal tube float flow meter moves the float upward with the change of the flow rate in the measuring tube, and the buoyancy of the float and the gravity of the float reach a balance at a certain  position. At this time, the flow annulus area between the float and the orifice plate (or cone tube) remains constant. The area of the annular gap is proportional to the rising height of the float, that is, the rising position of the float in the measuring tube represents the flow rate, and the position of the changing float is transmitted by the internal magnet to the external indicator, so that the indicator can correctly indicate the flow value at this time. . This makes the indicator housing not in direct contact with the measuring tube, so even if limit switches or transmitters are installed, the instrument can be used under high temperature and high pressure working conditions.

 

Kaifeng Chuangxin's LZ series metal tube float flowmeter (also known as metal rotor flowmeter) is divided into two series, ie. CXLZ^z_DH and CXLZ^z_D, with simple structure, reliable work, wide range of application, high accuracy, easy installation and so on. Compared with the glass rotameter, the series flowmeter has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, high temperature, safety and reliability, simple reading and so on.

It is suitable for the flow measurement of opaque media and corrosive media. The instrument tube body and flange are made of stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti) or 316L [Japan, US], 320S17 (1Crl8Ni12Mo2Ti).

For CXLZ^z_DH series, the orifice plate and float of conventional models are made of stainless steel; for anti-corrosion model, anticorrosive material PTFE and F46 are used for the orifice plate, float and tube body lining.

The CXLZ^z_D series float and cone tubes are made of stainless steel, which has no corrosion resistance.

The CXLZ^z_DH series consists of an instrument tube, a standard orifice plate, a conical float and a magnetic converter.

The CXLZ^zD series consists of an instrument tube, a standard float, a conical tube and a magnetic converter.

The working parameters of this series of instruments and their conversion and correction are provided by the standard calculation method of the instrument calculation software to ensure the measurement accuracy of the instrument.
