Slurry type electromagnetic flowmeter is a kind of electromagnetic flowmeter specialized in measuring pulp, mud, coal water slurry and other slurry medium.

Slurry electromagnetic flowmeter adopts high and low frequency mixing excitation technology and unique slurry noise suppression and removal technology, effectively improving the ability to measure the slurry, with good stability, fast response, it can accurately measure the slurry flow of concentration up to 78% (solid content).

 

 

The key of seriflux measurement is to effectively overcome the influence of multiple seriflux noises (at least more than five different characteristics of noise), to suppress and remove the noise, and recover the real flow signal from the complex noise environment.

According to the theoretical research and the profound analysis to a large number of experimental data, we adopted the high and low frequency mixing excitation technology, modeling the basic seriflux flow signal based on a large number of experimental data, and built the signal processing method according to the model based on multiple digital filtering, wavelet transform and dynamic approximation, and making synthetically processing and fast approximation to various seriflux noises, the adaptive seriflux flow signal model was rebuilt through synthetically processing and fast approximation to various seriflux noises, and finally realize reappearing the real flow signal.
